Legal Framework
The formal agreements governing your use of the AlisCapital platform, our mortgage technologies, and how we protect your enterprise data.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AlisCapital Enterprise Mortgage Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and AlisCapital. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
2. Enterprise Service Scope
AlisCapital provides automated mortgage lifecycle management, risk assessment tools, and financial connectivity services. Our services are intended for professional use by licensed financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and qualified enterprise entities.

- Real-time credit reporting and verification
- Automated document processing and indexing
- Multi-stakeholder closing orchestration
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree not to:
(a) Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; (b) Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities; (c) Bypass any security measures or rate limits implemented by our infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, and technology stacks powering AlisCapital are the exclusive property of AlisCapital Enterprise. No license is granted except for the limited right to use the Platform as specified in your subscription agreement.
1. Data Collection
As a mortgage fintech provider, we collect sensitive information necessary for loan processing and regulatory compliance. This includes:
Personal Identity
Full names, SSNs, government IDs, and contact information for borrowers.
Financial History
Bank statements, tax returns, credit scores, and employment verification.
2. Data Processing & Security
We employ bank-grade encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC2 Type II compliant data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
Third-Party Sharing
Data is only shared with authorized third parties involved in the mortgage lifecycle (e.g., credit bureaus, underwriting partners, and title companies) as explicitly authorized by the user or required by law.
3. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Given the regulatory nature of mortgage records, certain data must be retained for mandatory compliance periods (typically 7 years) despite deletion requests.
Regulatory Compliance
AlisCapital operates in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA).
